John Zebrowski at the peak of his career was the Director of the Inter American University Press in San Juan, Puerto Rico. In his two little books he presented 'a capsule of Polish life in America', as one reviewer wrote.

Magdalena Zurawski is an award winning novelist. She is currently Assistant Professor of English and Creative Writing at the University of Georgia. Her recent collection includes: The Tiniest Muzzle Sings Songs of Freedom (2019).
